While my face falls off from my sinus infection, I had hoped to be able to squeal with delight over cute packaging in this box. Instead, I kind of squealed, “Oh God, can’t sleep, dolls will eat me!” Let’s tour the creep show, hmm?

There was a bit of online controversy over this box, since the promo image and description implied that the products would be coffee based, but the actual curation took a more broad view of “cafe” and included products like tea, sweets, and other things you’d buy at a coffee shop. Caffeine is great for waking up tired skin as well as tired minds, so I was actually a little disappointed to not receive a ton of coffee-based products. But when I opened the box and looked at what I got, I liked all the products so much I was glad I’d purchased it.
I forgot to take a picture of the products together, because my head is still about to explode of sinusitus.
GUYS!
OMG!
I rarely do promo posts on here because honestly I just can’t be arsed to, but I love the Skinfood brand like burning, so I was crazy excited to wake up and find that Memebox is releasing a Skinfood box. And it ships out three to five days after you place your order! They could fill this with discontinued hand creams and I’d be psyched for it, but I’m hoping it’ll contain a good selection of products from across the various skin care lines.
This will sell out hella fast, so pick yours up today!

I bought the yogurt box mostly because I loved the milk box so much that I’ll probably buy anything dairy related for skincare. Yogurt is especially good for calming skin, so it’s perfect as I go into the winter season and suffer from the winter itchies. I like all the products in this box, and I’m really glad I purchased it!
OMG, indeed. These last couple of weeks have taken a toll — I don’t feel well, I had to grade a ton of assignments, the weather has been bad. So please forgive me!
Korean skincare is full of odd ingredients like snail spit, bird poop, snake venom, and spider guts. When Memebox released a series of OMG boxes, many people assumed they would be chock full of these kinds of things. The first one, which I didn’t buy, had by most accounts good products, but they weren’t really OMG-worthy. The second box is a little closer to OMG-ness, at least in some of the products. Let’s take a look.
I love tea. Actually, I love anything with caffeine, because when I arrive at work at 7am or earlier, I need a crowbar to pry my eyes open and I only have fifteen minutes to get my energy up before kids start asking me questions. Tea comes in so many wonderful flavors (drinking apple spice chai right now), that I could have my paycheck sent directly to Teavana and be happy. Tea also makes a great skincare ingredient, and Memebox put a nice selection of products in this box.
Charcoal, volcanic ash, and seaweed are all surprisingly fantastic cleansing ingredients. Charcoal is of course used in a variety of industrial filters and purifiers, and seaweed combats acne and reduces toxins. I was really excited to get the Earth & Sea Memebox and slather myself with clay and kelp. The box didn’t quite meet my expectations, but it’s a fantastic box all the same.
I planned to review Earth & Sea next, but I didn’t have time to take pictures, so let’s look at Korea’s Most Wanted instead. I had no idea what this box might be about, so I took a chance on ordering it, and it paid off!
It’s a day that ends in “y,” so time for another Memebox review! I really only rock a NMM look on weekends because I work in a dull environment and I like to liven it up with colorful eyes or lips. But I do like keeping my face minimal, especially since the temperature in my room is so variable. So I jumped on this box, hoping for products that would be light and neutral.
The last of the scent bundle boxes is Sweet Shop. I thought it would be sweets like pastries: chocolate, hazelnut, caramel. Memebox was thinking sweets like candy, so that’s what we got. Hmm. I would have preferred pastries.
