Since I’m homebound today, I have a little time in my grading vortex to show you the new Zoya transitional collection. I have all three of the Naturel collections; I think they’re lovely and versatile shades. Satin and matte finishes are definitely the trend for spring, with Essie also releasing a matte finish collection in shades very similar to the Zoya Naturel Satins (so if you don’t have a Zoya retailer close by, check your local drugstore when the Essies come out).
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, whether you celebrated a holiday or not. I was travelling and eating and hanging out with family, so I took a computer break. I have so much to catch up on! This is just a quick swatch of the two mystery bag colors and the special limited edition color of the month. I’m still really sick and way behind on grading, so I didn’t do a full review. Also, for the first time, I took pictures at night using an Ottlite, so the color quality is a little variable.
The Art Walk collection is several cremes in rich autumn colors, a sparkly top coat, and three satin finish colors. Several of the shades are very similar to each other, but I really wanted all of them, because I was craving dark colors. I didn’t want the beauty item in the boxes this month, so I opted for the Polish Lover’s Upgrade plus an add-on.

Finally, RH decided to move on from the pinks and develop some darker colors for the changing season!

I didn’t think I’d like textured polish, but I do. Yeah, it’s annoying when washing my hair because the strands get stuck in the texture, but I really like the visual effect of it. My favorite is still Zoya’s Pixie Dusts, but Julep has started coming out with some too.
Autumn is my favorite time of year, despite the start of school. I love the cool crispness of the air, the scents of maple, apple, cinnamon, and caramel. And I love the rich warm hues of autumn most of all.

October’s theme was “Rebel Set,” and once again I splurged on an upgraded box. I didn’t love all the colors, but got more out of the beauty products than I expected, so it turned into a good deal.
I do have some nail art for you guys, but I’ve been really sick for a couple of weeks, so I haven’t had too much energy for it. But I got my new SquareHue box yesterday, so I wanted to post swatches.
